Terms of Sale & Use

These terms govern your use of lampcigarette.com and any purchase from it. By ordering, you agree to them. The seller is Web Window OÜ (Estonian registry code 17163769), Maakri tn 19/1, 10145 Tallinn, Estonia.

The product & price

We sell one product, the Cigarette Floor Lamp, a decorative LED lamp, for €599. Prices may be shown in your local currency for reference, but every order is processed and charged in EUR. Your bank handles any conversion.

Orders & payment

Payment is handled by Stripe Checkout. An order is accepted once payment is confirmed and we email your confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order (e.g. a pricing error, suspected fraud, or unavailable stock) and will refund any amount charged.

Warranty

The lamp carries a 2-year commercial warranty from the date of delivery, covering defects in materials and workmanship of the tube, base, LED strip, power supply and switch under normal indoor use. It does not cover damage from misuse, outdoor use, liquids, unapproved modification, or ordinary wear. To claim, email support@lampcigarette.com with your order reference and a photo; we will repair, replace or refund at our choice [and cover return postage within the EU]. This warranty is in addition to, and does not limit, the statutory guarantee of conformity you have as a consumer.

A decorative product

The Cigarette Lamp is a decorative LED lighting product for indoor use only. It is not a tobacco product and is not intended for consumption. Use it indoors following the included instructions.

Liability

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, to the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, without affecting your mandatory consumer rights.
