We want you to love your Cigarette Lamp. If it’s not right, you have 14 nights from delivery to return it.

How to start a return

Email support@lampcigarette.com with your order number and we’ll send return instructions.

Condition

Please return the lamp in its original, undamaged packaging and in resaleable condition, packed carefully. It’s a diffused-acrylic piece.

Refunds

Once we receive and check the return, we refund your original payment method in EUR, normally within 14 days. Original shipping is refunded for faulty items. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns may be your responsibility.

Faulty or damaged items

If your lamp arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us. Your statutory rights (including the EU legal guarantee) apply in full.
